Was Good

Ok, maybe there was a misunderstanding. I already paid for all these extras, it "was" called Sketchbook Pro. I deleted it temporarily like I do with all apps from time time as I have only a 16 gig iPad. When I went back to the App Store to re-download it I get this app and now you want more money. You stole my app and now you are what, wanting ransom before you give it back to me? Please may I have what I already paid for back. Thank you. Look I understand changing your strategy, but for the ppl that already paid?? Is this legal.
